I've been there too, saying yes to too many things and finding it hard to prioritize, considering everything important. I've put others' needs or, the most urgent thing first, feeling like I was constantly putting out fires. Never feeling like it's enough, or I'm enough. It's frustrating to be constantly distracted, go down rabbit holes, or be in sensory overload, feeling like you're not accomplishing what truly matters to you or achieving goals. The incredible difficulty of starting or completing tasks or projects that are unimportant, difficult, or emotionally charged. Yeah, I get it, life can suck.
