A meaningful & empowering way of integrating self-regulation practices into ADHD care.
This mini retreat is grounded in the understanding that ADHD is fundamentally an executive function & self-regulation challenge. Living with ADHD can often feel like oscillating between doing too much or not enough. When the nervous system is dysregulated, self-management of time, energy, & attention is simply not available to us. Contemplative practices support a secure, regulated, balanced system, creating the conditions for emotion awareness, self-compassion, & practical strategies to take root.
If this approach resonates & you’re interested in bringing this in-person retreat to your community, organization, or private group/family, please reach out to inquire about availability & collaboration.
From the moment my clients & I arrived, we felt a profound sense of belonging & acceptance, thanks to the warm & welcoming atmosphere created by Dana. The retreat's agenda was thoughtfully & strategically designed, seamlessly integrating ADHD psychoeducation with contemplative practices. My clients & I walked away not just with knowledge but with actionable steps to better manage ADHD & enhance our overall well-being.
I cannot recommend Dana highly enough as a coach & thought partner. Her expertise, compassion & dedication to fostering a nurturing environment make her an invaluable resource for anyone navigating the complexities of ADHD. This retreat was more than just a half day workshop; it was a journey of self-discovery & empowerment to last a lifetime.

I learned that giving myself more mental breaks to recharge my mind is essential.
I learned the importance of giving myself credit for effort, progress, & wins.

I now have a better understanding of ADHD & how I experience it in my body, how my brain & nervous system relate to that experience, & what I need to work with myself & my challenges.
After over 60 years of living with this disorder, I finally gave myself permission to have ADHD, & all that comes with it.

Honestly & truly, I am far more "whole" & "healed" then I ever could have imagined.
I always thought ADHD was a "me problem". I was in denial of how much it effected my struggles in all aspects of my life. This was a life changing experience!
My window of tolerance expanded in spades. Better self-awareness & more capacity to be in tune with others.
It was a total reboot & reset!
