Throughout my almost 20-year career in coaching, education, training, behavioral health, & social work, I have witnessed a significant increase in anxiety, isolation, dissatisfaction, dread, & hopelessness among adults & emerging adults. Stress, reactivity & distraction challenges are increasingly negatively impacting all aspects of our lives.
This observation motivated me to narrow my scope & focus into ADHD Life Coaching. During the ADHD Coaching Training I discovered my biggest blind spot, I too have ADHD! I was only diagnosed with Dyslexia as a very young child. I am now reviewing & remembering the last 45 years of my life with a clearer lens, as well as greater compassion & honoring of myself & my unique ADHD.
I've come to realize that my personal yoga & meditation practice for the last 30 years has significantly reduced the impact of my ADHD symptoms, especially Emotional & Self-Regulation.
ADHD Life Coaching with me, is a whole person approach, emphasizing the interconnectedness of mental, physical, social, environmental, emotional, spiritual, creative, & intellectual health & well-being. Utilizing mindfulness-based & other contemplative practices to foster compassion, curiosity, resilience & skillful problem solving.

Having a 20-year career in behavioral health & education, I am uniquely qualified for ADHD Life Coaching.
I've supported thousands of adults & adolescents with ADHD in creating & maintaining measurable & attainable goals through evidence & strength-based practices.
I continue to further my education, training & certifications surrounding ADHD care & management, as this is THE MOST interesting & exciting subject for me. If you have ADHD, you know what that's like: the unquenchable thirst for information knowledge & understanding on a particular passion topic.
I combine my unique master's education in Buddhist Studies, Psychology, & Non-Violent Communication, as well as 30 years of personal practice & certifications in yoga, meditation & mindfulness-based stress reduction training.
