I've been there too, saying yes to too many things, finding it hard to prioritize, & convincing yourself EVERYTHING is IMPORTANT. I've put others' needs or, the most urgent thing first, letting hyperfocus burn me out. Never feeling like it's enough, or I'm enough. It's frustrating to be constantly distracted, go down rabbit holes, or be in sensory overload, feeling like you're not accomplishing what truly matters to you or achieving intended goals. The incredible difficulty of starting or completing tasks or projects that feel unnecessary, difficult, or emotionally charged. Yeah, I get it, at times, life can suck.
