This mini retreat is grounded in the understanding that ADHD is fundamentally a self-regulation challenge. Living with ADHD can often feel like oscillating between doing too much or not enough. When the nervous system is dysregulated, self-management of time, energy, & attention is simply not available. Contemplative practices support balance, creating the conditions for emotional awareness, self-compassion, & practical strategies to take root.
